Yu-Ai Kai, a Japanese American Community Senior Service, located in Japantown San Jose, is committed to serving seniors with an array of activities and programs. We offer a well-balanced senior day care program, a nutritious lunch service, social services, a transportation program and countless classes and trips for all our seniors.

Yu-Ai Kai Walking Club

Starting February 3rd, Yu-Ai Kai will have two Walking Club days! Walking is great exercise and beneficial in so many ways - managing your weight, preventing falls, controlling your blood pressure, and decreasing your risk of chronic diseases. Like to walk, but need some company? Join the Yu-Ai Kai Walking Club and jumpstart your day with fresh air, a walk through Japantown, and some light stretching at nearby parks. Meet in front of the Akiyama Wellness Center every Wednesday and Friday 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. (weather permitting). Cost = FREE!!!
